1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman
- Worldwide — selected international destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing and cut-off times are based on UAE local time.
- We handle your personal details securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
UAE
- Next-Day Delivery
- Order by 3:00 PM UAE time for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
- No deliveries on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
GCC & International
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.
- These delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures, local carrier operations, and destination conditions.
4. Shipping Fees & Additional Charges
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are based on the destination and shipping method selected.
- The displayed shipping fee covers shipping costs only. All deliveries are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
- For GCC and international orders, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties, clearance fees, VAT, import taxes, and any other governmental or regulatory charges upon delivery in their country.

6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be provided where available.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the package.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.
ImpressionZ® is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to respond to the carrier, additional delivery, return, or reshipment charges may apply.
9. Customs, Refused Shipments & Return to Sender
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, any return shipping costs or related charges may be deducted from any applicable refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines, transport handling, and operational movement are the responsibility of the carrier. While we will assist where reasonably possible, carrier-related delays or disruptions may occur beyond our control.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ImpressionZ® is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages. Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery location is secure.
12. Delivery Exceptions
ImpressionZ® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, public holidays, government actions, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability, product type, or shipping logistics.
