ImpressionZ® Affiliate Program - Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of ImpressionZ®, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting ImpressionZ® as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and earn a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to ImpressionZ® through your website, social media, or personal referrals.

By signing up for the ImpressionZ® Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.

2. Tracking & Attribution Policy

Referrals are tracked via cookies, with a standard tracking duration of 7 days. ImpressionZ® is not responsible for referrals that are not tracked due to browser settings, cookie deletion, or other technical issues.

3. Commissions

Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.

You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

There is a minimum payout threshold of AED 2,500 or the equivalent amount in the affiliate’s local currency based on current exchange rates. If your account does not meet this threshold within a calendar month, your commission will roll over to the next payout cycle.

If you request a payout for an amount below the AED 2,500 threshold (or its equivalent), any applicable bank processing or transfer fees will be deducted from your commission and will be your responsibility.

4. Payment Method & Currency

All commissions will be paid in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) or the equivalent amount in the affiliate’s local currency based on current exchange rates. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. ImpressionZ® is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to errors made by the Affiliate.

5. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for any and all tax obligations arising from commissions earned under this program in their country of residence.

6. Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
  • Spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.)
  • Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines or applicable laws
  • Violation of intellectual property rights. ImpressionZ® reserves the right to require license agreements from those using ImpressionZ® trademarks.
  • Offering rebates, coupons, or promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. (Bundling other products with ImpressionZ® is acceptable.)
  • Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud

ImpressionZ® reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

7. Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise ImpressionZ® in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use our official graphics and text, or create your own, as long as they comply with this Agreement and the Termination section.

8. Coupon and Deal Sites

ImpressionZ® occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and newsletter subscribers. If you are not pre-approved or assigned a branded coupon, you are not authorized to promote any coupon. The following terms apply:

  • Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to suggest unauthorized deals.
  • Affiliates may not bid on keywords such as “ImpressionZ® Coupons” or “ImpressionZ® Discounts.”
  • No pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or automatic redirects that trigger cookies without explicit user action.
  • Users must see the coupon or deal details before any affiliate cookie is set.
  • No “Click to see deal/coupon” text when no actual deal or coupon is available.

Violating any of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program.

9. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is not allowed without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Content and Site Types

Affiliates may not promote ImpressionZ® on websites or platforms that contain or promote:

  • Sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech
  • Violence
  • Discriminatory or offensive content
  • Any other material deemed inappropriate by ImpressionZ®

11. Brand Usage and Domain Naming

Affiliates may not register or use domain names, social media handles, or user profiles that include “ImpressionZ” or any similar variation that could confuse users into believing the account is owned or operated by ImpressionZ®.

12. Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and ImpressionZ®. You are free to promote other programs, and we reserve the right to work with other affiliates.

13. Liability

ImpressionZ® will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (e.g., loss of revenue or commissions) due to tracking failures, database issues, or any intentional harm to the Program or its websites.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or the memberships and products sold. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until your affiliate account is terminated.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your participation. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of all changes.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or the memberships and products sold. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImpressionZ®, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and partners from all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your affiliate activity, breach of this Agreement, or misuse of the Program.

16. Electronic Signatures Effective

This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation. You indicate your acceptance by completing the ImpressionZ® Affiliate application process, which creates an electronic signature legally equivalent to a handwritten one.
